As we leave another year behind, like everyone else, we look back at what we did during the year. This year, we did not break the tradition and wanted to gather the highlights and our excitement and share them with you.
We are leaving behind a year in which we were active, productive and produced a lot of impact for the mobility sector with the new cities we added, new products and projects we developed. We not only produced but also continued to grow together with our ecosystem and will continue to do so. 🎉

Cermoni, Public Transportation Decision Support System, is now on Burulaş for public transportation optimization!
Cermoni is now at Burulaş for Bursa's yellow buses!
Cermoni provides optimized travel schedules, vehicle and driver assignments and task schedules with big data-based public transport planning in Bursa, Turkey's fourth largest city . In addition , public transport data management is carried out at international standards with the GTFS data management standard.
The aim of the product for Bursa is to provide efficient and cost-effective resource use and increase passenger service levels through optimized planning in line with passenger demands .

2024 was a year in which we offered holistic and integrated solutions for the mobility management of our cities. The Multimodal Mobility Analysis Platform, Harmony, contributes to the transportation planning of cities by combining all modes of transportation such as motor vehicles, scooters-bicycles, pedestrians, and public transportation under one roof, and analyzes big data from different sources from a single platform for the transportation planning of the city.

Traffic Safety Analysis Platform, Safely, continues to produce analyses that will increase life safety in traffic🚦
Traffic Safety Analysis Platform, Safely, which identifies risky areas with high accident density in the road network based on cause-effect relationships with the big data analysis it produces in traffic safety and ensures that the right action is taken, continued to produce benefits in traffic safety enhancing studies with new developments in 2024.
Live Accident Data Integration: Instant and up-to-date traffic safety analyses thanks to daily data flow infrastructure

We are working on strategic sustainable transportation plans for our cities in Europe's largest Sustainable Urban Transport Plans, SKUP Istanbul and Izmir 🌿
We are working to make our cities more livable with our innovative solutions within the scope of Sustainable Urban Transportation Plans (SKUP) in Istanbul and Izmir.
In both cities, Activity Based Models were developed to analyze 24-hour human mobility in detail.
In addition to a total of over 100,000 household surveys and censuses conducted at nearly 600 different points , a more comprehensive, detailed and innovative data catalogue was created compared to traditional methods with innovative data collection methods based on smart transportation systems (location-based data, sensors, smart card data, etc.).
We were one of the pioneering projects selected among many companies in the R&D project support call opened by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure UDHAM Presidency 🎉
With our accepted Big Data-Based Scenario-Based Traffic Management Platform project, we are developing a decision support system for traffic monitoring, evaluation and management processes based on a real-time model. With the support of our Ministry, this system, which will be the first in Turkey, will be an important step in terms of localization of software used in mobility management and will create a significant export potential by solving the need for a comprehensive, innovative product on an international scale .

We continued to support and cooperate with the mobility sector through every channel in 2024. We were one of the sponsors of the Eurasia Conference Kayseri of the International Public Transport Association UITP , one of the largest mobility networks in the world.
We also took an active role in international online events to share our experiences and strengthen our global collaborations.

On this path that we set out on with the motto "Mobility for all", we wanted to share our own experiences this year and create a space where we can come together with everyone who works in this field and creates value, and produce quality content. For this, we launched 2 new content series.
Cermotalks program, where we bring together the mobility ecosystem and give space to different perspectives in the field of mobility and sustainability .
Our monthly newsletter, Cermonews, examines a different topic from different perspectives in each issue.

Every institution we work with, every benefit we produce together with you is very valuable to us. In 30+ cities in Turkey, We offer innovative mobility management solutions for sustainable , safe , accessible and inclusive mobility in 12 countries and 50+ cities around the world every day . Of course, while doing this, we are well aware of the importance of the efforts, vision and approaches of the institutions we work with.
As we close the year, we wanted to have a little celebration and evaluate the year and featured some of our institutions with our prominent products. We know that there are countless more. We will continue this series with different institutions in the coming period. 🎉
