Design and Development of Spatial and Multidimensional Assessment and Risk Rating Analytical Platform (Koderdap) for Traffic Safety (TÜBİTAK)

Project Aim

The aim of the project is to establish an integrated data infrastructure and a new framework based on multi-dimensional data by integrating data in different categories including accident sub-mechanisms such as vehicle-driver, road-passenger, accident, FCD and YOGT, and to analyze the volume-accident relationship with YOGT data. , clustering traffic zones with different characteristics according to accident density and analyzing accident sub-mechanisms, determining accident hot spots with an innovative method, comparing them with traditional method outputs and discovering the mechanisms that cause them to be identified as accident hot spots, creating risk maps of road network segments depending on accident sub-mechanisms. and making risk predictions for any change in conditions and developing a software platform that works with big data based on artificial intelligence.
