Development of Optimization System for Sustainable Public Transportation Operations and Planning (​TÜBİTAK)

Project Aim

The aim of the project is to develop a Public Transport Optimization Platform to make public transport systems more efficient. This platform analyzes and optimizes bus occupancy data based on scenarios and provides decision support reports to the user. Features of the platform include comparative viewing of scenarios, vehicle and driver assignment, express trip suggestions and feasibility analysis of scenarios. All these operations are integrated in a way that allows the user to use multiple features effectively at the same time.
